GPP’s analysts and associates are entrusted with a high level of responsibility as important contributors to the transaction team and become an integral part of the deal team with direct interaction with clients, senior bankers, and transaction lawyers and accountants. Primary duties include compiling research on numerous public and private companies, developing valuation models and analyses, performing detailed due diligence and preparing offering memoranda and other written materials.

Financial analysis is crucial and communication skills are essential. We look for candidates with a solid background in accounting and finance and who have a particularly strong work ethic combined with a strong command of general business knowledge.
